The Wildlife Art Gallery

The Gallery was opened in 1988 to specialise in 20th Century and contemporary wildlife art. Over the years we have held retrospective exhibitions by artists such as Peter Scott, Eric Ennion, Donald Watson and R.B.Talbot Kelly and have had exhibitions by many of the best artists working both here and in Europe. We also have a strong representation of paintings depicting the countryside, its landscape and work and have published several books including a number in the Artists for Nature Foundation series. Our first exhibition of 2014 will feature the wood engravings of Colin See Paynton and will include his latest set of work Nocturnal Encounters. Also on display will be woodcuts and linocuts by Pauline S. Hall (1918-2007). The exhibition's opening weekend of the 24th and 25th of May coincides with the Lavenham Arts Festival.

To follow is an exhibition of work by Chris Rose, which starts on the June 22nd.

Further details of this and other forthcoming exhibitions can be found shortly on our exhibition page.
