Donald Watson - This exhibition is the launch
of his long awaited book "In Search of Harriers". The exhibition
of over 100 paintings and drawings spans his long career from the 1940's
painting in Suffolk to his move to Dalry in Galloway where his career
as a bird and landscape artist florished.

R. B. Talbot Kelly was a hugely influential wildlife artist whose
style was influenced by Egyptian and Chinese art. His long career as
a teacher was spent encouraging artists to draw from memory what they
had seen in the wild, thus giving the painting a freshness and life
of its own.He was a founder member of the SWLA . |
